What’s it Like?

You arrive to church and find a parking spot, and enter the building, either through the front or rear entrances.

Prior to, and following the 10 o’clock service, join us downstairs in the Fellowship Hall for a friendly gathering.  You’ll meet new friends and enjoy the good coffee, tea, juice and…great fellowship!

Five minutes before service, you’re invited to head upstairs to the Sanctuary, using either staircase or the elevator, receive a bulletin from the usher, and find a seat.  The service generally lasts one hour, with hymns, prayers, a time with children, and a reflection time.  There’s a mixture of organ, piano, and occasionally some more rock/jazz pieces.

We use both paper bulletins as well as a PowerPoint display, to encourage participation as people feel comfortable.

Feel free to introduce yourself to the usher, greeter or minister, and we’ll try to help you feel like one of the family.  We strive to be inclusive, loving, welcoming and hospitable in all that we do, and if we can do anything to make your time with us more comfortable please, let us know!

Special services during Lent help us to deepen our faith.

Palm Sunday reminds us of the journey to the cross.
